SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship orders quickly and securely so you can get your gear on the water as soon as possible.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods

Free shipping on all orders within the United States. We use USPS for all shipments.
A discounted flat rate (by Province) is applied to all Canadian orders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location, but most shipments in the lower 48 of the U.S. should arrive in 4-7 business days.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos and we’ll help make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may result in delays or additional charges.

WARRANTY:

One‑Year Limited Warranty

KokaGLO™ products are backed by a one‑year limited warranty, to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your unit experiences a manufacturing issue within the first year, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. You can feel confident if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. 

RETURN POLICY:

30‑Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your KokaGLO™ unit arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in new/unused condition

• All original parts and accessories must be included

• Proof of purchase is required

Products showing signs of misuse, modification, or excessive wear may not be eligible.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defect or error, we cover return shipping.

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Warranty‑Related Issues

If you experience a problem outside the 30‑day return window, our warranty policy may apply. Contact us and we’ll help determine the best path forward.
